Capstone Consulting Group, LLC brings Preparedness and Health education to elementary students
DUMFRIES, VA, April 26, 2008 - Capstone Consulting Group, LLC participated today in a Health and Wellness Fair sponsored by John F. Pattie Elementary School in Dumfries, Virginia. This fun-filled fair educated students and parents on the importance of staying healthy. Students learned about asthma, hearing loss, calcium, nutrition, and the importance of exercise. They were encouraged to test their Body Mass Index and participated in a fencing demonstration. Capstone Consulting Group stressed the importance of preparedness and infection control, reminding students to CHIRP:
- Cover your coughs and sneezes
- Have healthy hands
- Isolate yourself (stay home when you're sick!)
- Remove germs from surfaces in your home
- Prepare your family for an emergency
