Capstone Consulting Group, LLC places first in Business Plan Contest

Capstone Consulting Group proudly serves the American people through support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), helping to make our nation more secure from natural and terrorist threats.

Specifically, we support DHS's Management Directorate/Office of the Chief Financial Officer/Office of the Secretary and Executive Management (OSEM). This arm of the Department has the mission to manage the budget, acquisition, finance and accounting of specific Homeland Security funds, directly appropriated to the Secretary of DHS.

Additionally, we offer strategic support for the Pandemic and Avian Influenza Program under the DHS Office of Health Affairs (formerly Directorate for Preparedness, Office of the Chief Medical Officer). This program was created by Congress to prepare and protect America from a potential health crisis with national and international significance.
