Sarah Meekhof, President

Sarah Meekhof, co-founder of CCG in 2005, brings a wealth of leadership, communication, organization and planning skills to the Company. Sarah has served in many volunteer advisory roles, leadership positions, management and mentoring capacities throughout the local community.

Sarah earned her BA degree in English from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia. Sarah has taught English and English as a Second Language (ESL) both domestically and internationally. She has worked in interpersonal counseling, has co-authored and led inspirational family development seminars and classes, and is a published freelance writer.

Sarah's excellent written and verbal communication skills are a great asset in developing key relationships with clients, professional associations, and other consultants. She leads the ongoing development of CCG’s professional advisory team including financial, legal and accounting support. In addition, Sarah holds an active Top Secret (TS) clearance.

Sarah also successfully manages her home operations, with four children ages 8 to 15. She finds time to volunteer in the community, church and public schools.



John Meekhof, Vice President

John Meekhof, co-founder of CCG, has over 18 years of engineering, procurement and project management experience earned in both the commercial and Federal environments. He initially worked for 5 years as a Mechanical Engineer for IBM, then transitioned to technical procurement of semiconductor equipment/services. He also managed the start-up Procurement Department of Dominion Semiconductor, a joint-venture between IBM and Toshiba. As Procurement Manager, John was responsible for the start-up of FlashVision LLC, a joint-venture between SanDisk and Toshiba.

John was also Micron Technology's Procurement Manager at its flagship 300 Millimeter Fabricator in Manassas, Virginia. Later, he worked as an independent contractor to Booz Allen & Hamilton, in support of the newly formed IAIP Directorate within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He then joined Booz Allen as an employee and in this capacity, managed the Acquisition Team in support of the newly-formed Preparedness Directorate.

John holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, a BS in Physics from Central Washington University, Ellensburg, Washington, and an International Executive MBA from Georgetown University, Washington DC. John also holds a TS/SCI eligible level clearance.
